Design & Consultation
The first step is to meet at your home to discuss the project, review sample designs and create the concept for your new dream backyard. We will also take all necessary measurements of your backyard space. We will take all this info back to our office to create a 3D model of your new backyard so you can visualize exactly what you are going to get!
Administrative Process
After you OK the final design, we will execute a construction agreement, which outlines the scope of the project as well as the pricing terms. At this point we can start the permitting and HOA approval (if applicable) process.
Construction
Once the administrative portion is complete, we can begin construction, and this is where you start to see your project coming to life. Our Project Manager will be there with you to oversee the project, answer your questions, and address your concerns every step of the way. Our goal is to make sure the project goes as smooth as possible!
